📅 Booking and Contact

  • How do I book my stay? Bookings are made exclusively online on our official website www.labuissonniere-lodges.fr .
  • Do you have a Smartbox or Wonderbox gift voucher? For these bookings, validation is done upon request. We will send you a form to complete to verify the validity of your voucher and register your stay.
  • How to contact us? We recommend emailing us at contact@labuissonniere-lodges.fr . We process your requests very quickly.
  • Can I book multiple accommodations? Yes! In your search engine, you can add an additional accommodation by clicking on "edit my booking".

🔑 Arrivals, Departures and Parking

  • What are the opening hours? We welcome you from 4pm to 7pm . For late arrivals (after 7pm), please notify us by email to obtain the key collection procedure.
  • What are the departure arrangements? Departure is before 10:00 am . For a "late departure" (until 1:00 pm maximum), a supplement of €30 applies and requires prior written confirmation.
  • Where can I park my vehicle? The grounds are exclusively pedestrian to ensure your safety and peace of mind. Your vehicles must be parked in our secure car park at the entrance.

🏠 Life on the Estate and Amenities

  • Is the pool heated? The pool is accessible throughout the resort's opening period. It is heated from June 15th to September 15th .
  • Is linen provided? Yes! We provide sheets, pillowcases, duvets, and towels. All you have to do is make your beds.
  • Can we have a drink or eat on site? Our restaurant area is open from 4pm to 8pm (every day during school holidays, from Friday to Saturday outside of holidays, subject to change).
  • Can we meet in groups inside? Unless we privatize the entire property, we do not have a common room for gatherings.
  • Is there a washing machine on site? We do not have a washing machine on the property. However, a laundromat is less than 10 minutes away by car .
  • Are barbecues allowed? No, barbecues are not allowed for safety reasons.

🐾 Animals and Camping

  • Do you accept animals? Due to the presence of our domestic animals and those on our mini-farm , we cannot accept your pets.
  • Can I come with my tent, caravan or motorhome? No, we do not offer bare pitches; the estate consists exclusively of rental accommodations.
